Work Experience

Best Buy - Kyle began his first job working at Best Buy # 116 in Woodland Hills, CA.  At the age of 16, Kyle became a cashier and was consistently one of the highest grossing product service plan and product replacement plan sellers.  Kyle knew he enjoyed working with the public and achieving difficult sales goals.  With time, Kyle was promoted to customer service and was a lead and unofficial trainer.  Co-workers and new hires appreciated Kyle’s attention to detail, patience, and strong work ethic.

Cheesecake Factory – Kyle worked at the Cheesecake Factory just before he began college.  Beginning as a front desk runner, Kyle was quickly promoted to Greeter and Filler (Front Desk Lead).  Kyle enjoyed learning a different aspect of work in the restaurant industry, and has taken so much knowledge from those experiences with guests.

Time Warner Cable – Kyle began his career at Time Warner Cable in February, 2006.  Originally starting in Outbound Sales, Kyle immediately rose to be the “top closer” and received numerous awards for sales excellence.  Shortly thereafter, Kyle transitioned to Inside Sales, where he also impressed Senior Management with his ability to engage customers, deliver results, and exceed expectations.  While working full time, Kyle began and completed his studies at UCLA and received his B.A. in Communication Studies.   Kyle has been on various trips in celebration of his sales performance with the company, such as Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico.
After several years of Inside Sales, Kyle became a Interim Sales Supervisor for seven months.  He managed a team of 16-19 people, and he ranked first place out of four teams several times on a variety of metrics.  After performing that role for several months, Kyle decided to transition back to Inside Sales because he wanted to focus on other challenging positions, and also go back to school to get his MBA.  Kyle looks forward to many challenging positions and experiences in the future.
