University of California, Los Angeles – Scholarship Recognition Award, in Recognition of High Achievement and Outstanding Promise

Winner’s Circle - 2006 Quarter 2, 2006.  Quarter 1, 2007.  Quarter 4, 2007.  Quarter 1, 2008. Quarter 3, 2008.  Quarter 1, 2009.

Winner’s Circle - Overall 2008 – Earned a Trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic

*Winner’s Circle – For exceptional sales achievement in Cable, High Speed Online, and Digital Phone Sales.  One member from each sales channel (telemarketing, inbound sales, direct sales, and customer service) is chosen.  This award is given quarterly, and one winner from each sales Channel is chosen annually and is awarded a trip to the Dominican Republic. This award is discontinued after 2008.

Mission & Values Performance Award (MVP) – Overall 2007 – Earned a Trip to Punta Cana, Puerto Rico

*Formerly Total Quality of Service (T.Q.S)- MVP Awards recognize people who consistently do things that support the Time Warner Cable Mission & Values.  TWC’s mission statement is “To connect people and businesses with information, entertainment, and each other, and to give customers control in ways that are simple and easy.  Our seven values are how we bring the mission to life.  They are Excellence, Teamwork, Initiative, Innovation, Integrity, Inclusion, and Community.”  This award is given to individuals that excel in sales or go above and beyond their ordinary job.  Each year, members are nominated by their peers.  Management determines the final winners who win a trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Top Quality Performer of the Year - October 2007 – October 2008

This award is given to the individual with the highest overall quality and accuracy for the year.  Over 140 people were in the pool from which one was selected.
